  • What about my contract with my current Vendor?

The first is a machine only contract: in this contract you will find that they do not require you to purchase your whole house chemicals (three compartment sink and mop sink chemicals) from them but they do put up their dispensers in the hopes that you will. This is the easiest one to replace as you are not obligated to those chemicals, just the machine (and typically for 3-5 years).

The second is a minimum purchase order: in this contract you will find that you have a monthly minimum to meet for purchase for dish lease and chemicals. Once you hit your max though, you are allowed to purchase the rest of your chemical elsewhere. Often, you will meet this minimum with just the dish chemicals but do the math on how much you are spending (typically at the bottom of your food bill) to determine how many chemicals you can switch over.

  • I have requested a copy of my contract but they are not giving it to me?

This is more common than you would think. If your vendor isn’t sending over your contract, it’s a good idea to follow up with a polite written reminder and give them a reasonable time frame—like 5–7 business days—to respond. Make sure to keep a record of your messages. If they still don’t reply, you might want to look into filing a complaint or getting help from a consumer protection group.

  • How are your prices so low?

The better question is why our competitors are so high! They operate in a “what the market can bear” mentality and they often compete with just each other as they are both national so they can inflate the prices in their micro markets and both of them win. We mix our chemical locally, right here on Latham St. in Memphis, and literally forklift it from manufacture to distribution between two warehouses. No middle man, no shipping costs and reasonable margins for a small business to survive… all done locally with locals.

  • What if I want to switch to you for our dish machines as well?

We would love the opportunity to help you here, we have been doing just that since 2004 and are experts at what we do. The biggest hurdle is always the term left on your contract and the auto-renewal they both have in their contracts, which you may not even have a copy of. Read the contract to find out how much notice you need to give them (can be upwards of 56 days) and set a calendar reminder. And be sure to submit it in writing and get tracking on the letter to avoid the ‘we never received’ it excuse.

  • I am an existing dish customer, why do we have to stay on flat rate billing?

Great question. As you know, we keep your pricing the same for an entire year (barring any crazy chemical abuse which we will talk to you about) and we utilize the previous years worth of usage combined with the rental fees to determine your next years pricing. This helps you stay on budget with no surprises throughout the year and it helps our business know exactly what is coming in each month so we can pay our lenders.

If you would like to have a mid-year review at any time, just ask your route tech or contact me (Daniel) directly at 901.414.2288 x700 and I would be happy to pull your data and come see you in person to walk through your usage report to see how I can help.

  • I am converting over to you from a-la-carte, do I need to move to flat rate billing?

Yes, you will move to our level billing plan that includes the rental fee(s). The good news is that we should have a good idea of what your regular usage is for your chemicals and your pricing will reflect that average usage.

  • Why don't you use contracts?

It’s simple. We believe in our service and our pricing to the point that we have never felt the need to use a piece of paper to force anyone into business with us. We are a local company providing excellent service at a fair price, that should always be enough for us to do good business with our neighbors.
